Paid Opportunities at the Kent County Youth Fair
Looking for a fun and easy way to raise money for your organization? The Kent County Youth Fair offers paid opportunities for community groups, nonprofit organizations, school clubs, sports teams, churches, and other civic organizations to earn funds while supporting one of West Michigan’s favorite summer traditions.
Parking Attendants
Help welcome thousands of fair guests by directing vehicles and collecting parking fees. Parking shifts are a great fundraising opportunity for groups looking to earn money in just a few hours. Training and instructions are provided, and each shift is compensated at a set rate.
Ticket Takers
Be the first smiling face our guests see when they come to a ticketed event! Ticket takers assist with admission by greeting visitors, scanning or collecting tickets, and helping create a positive first impression for the entertainment events brought to our fair! This year we are looking for ticket takers for the Kent County Carnage Derby on August 1 and the beloved Saturday night rodeo on August 8!
Why Participate?
- Earn funds for your organization.
- Flexible shifts available throughout Fair week.
- No experience necessary—we’ll provide training.
- Work together as a team while supporting youth, agriculture, and our community.
- Be part of one of Kent County’s largest annual events!
Whether you’re raising money for a youth program, athletic team, band, church mission trip, or community organization, or just looking to put a little extra cash in your pocket, we’d love to partner with you.
