CAMPING

The KCYF offers limited spots to camp at the fairgrounds during the fair. Please note that camping during the fair is for Exhibitors only. Camping Registration is completed with FairEntry.

Due to space limitations, we offer camping only to our exhibitors and leaders. Our campsites are rustic – no water, electric or sewer hookups. Please be aware of this prior to registering as a camper. Generators are allowed between 7 am and 11 pm. Sewage pumping is available by signing up in the Guest Services office. There is a $35 fee for sewage pumping.

Handicap campsites are assigned based on medical need. Please make note of the need on your camping registration form. We will attempt to accommodate all handicap requests but sometimes, notes from your doctor may be necessary.

Camping begins the Thursday before Fair and needs to be removed Sunday after Fair. 

Dates for Camping 2024 Fair: Thursday, July 25th through Sunday, August 4th.
